Where: Charlotte lakeside neighborhood
What: The Landmark Society of Western New York’s 54th Annual House and Garden Tour will feature, for the first time, some of the beautiful homes and gardens along Beach Ave in the Charlotte lakeside neighborhood…as well as the secret sidewalk- a unique public pathway situated behind homes that run along Lake Ontario.

ROCO 6×6 Art Exhibit:

Where: Rochester Contemporary Art Center, 137 East Ave, Rochester
What: RoCo 6×6 the international small arts phenomenon- where thousands of original, 6 inch square artworks are made and donated by international artists, celebrities and local community members. All pieces are displayed anonymously and sold for $20 each to support RoCo.

Jazz In The Bowl:
When: Tuesday, June 16th 7 to 9pm
Where: Highland Bowl in Highland Park
What: An evening of Jazz presented by the Highland Park Conservancy. Featuring The Excursion Jazz Orchestra and The Mid Century Modern Jazz Quartet. Free popcorn and wine sampling from Moore Winery Vineyard and Venu. This event is free and open to the public.

The White Party:
When: Saturday, June 6th 7pm to 11pm
Where: Mercantile on Main (former Sibley’s Dept Store) 240 E. Main St.
What: Trillium Health presents its annual White Party- it’s the party of the year as more than 650 guests dressed in their best white outfits gather for an evening of dining, dancing and celebrating the progress made towards and AIDS free generation and the work done to bring exceptional healthcare to everyone in our community. Tickets still available. Proceeds from The White Party support the Trillium Health Foundation.

Read-A-Thon:
When: Friday, June 26th 9am til 6pm
Where: Victor Farmington Library, 15 W Main Street in Victor
What: This annual daylong read aloud marathon kicks off summer reading all while raising funds for the library. Guest readers, including local authors and community members read children’s books in 15 to 20 minute sessions- often featuring costumes, interactive songs and crafts for children.

American Red Cross Needs Your Blood:

What: The American Red Cross is facing a severe blood shortage – with donations down around 35% over the past month. They’re asking eligible donors to make an appointment to give blood as soon as possible. People who donate now through Jan. 25 will automatically be entered for a chance to win a trip for two to the Super Bowl! The winner and a guest will get free tickets, access to in-stadium pregame activities, round-trip airfare, three night hotel accommodations and a $1,000 gift card for expenses.
